Everybody at MAC design + build, from the owners to the architects to the construction clean-up crew is on the same team – your team. We are all accountable for meeting your expectations.

Derek’s responsibility at MAC design + build is business development — sales, estimating and design, however, his role is to take clients to wherever their goals are for their projects. He is the first person to meet with clients and the one who drives the entire project, assembling teams, assigning project managers, and staying in touch with the client on a weekly basis.

Jaya is known as the glue here at MAC design + build. She is responsible for all financing functions as well as procurement. Jaya is involved in all aspects of the project once it is turned over to the production team, from the first of demolition to the completion of the punch list items. She also completes our licensing and supervisor training, and provides customer service.

Jaya began working in business upon receiving her Bachelors Degree in HCA in 2013 from Brigham Young University-Idaho. She is married with one adorable fur baby. Originally from Stafford, Virginia, she enjoys visiting family, sports, and lifting weights.
